Event: Mental Health in College: Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD

This workshop explores anxiety, depression, and ADHD in college students. Participants will learn to recognize common symptoms, understand contributing factors, and identify coping strategies and support resources. 

Location: In-Person S1030, MVC

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
