Join us for the New Year, New You Wellness Kickoff, a fun and engaging event designed for FTIC students and Adult Learners to start the semester with healthy habits and achievable goals. Participants will connect with campus wellness, health, and counseling resources, build community with fellow students, and explore ways to support their academic and personal success. Be sure to visit the interactive Resolution Wall, where you can write and display a personal, academic, or wellness goal, such as exercising more, improving study habits, or practicing stress management. Every student who posts a goal will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win wellness-themed prizes.
