This psychoeducational workshop examines the neuroscience of music and its clinically supported role in mood regulation, stress reduction, and emotional resilience. Participants explore how music functions as a coping tool and leave with language and strategies to use it more intentionally.
Location: In-Person S1029, MVC
This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
