Monthly individual assessments will be provided to walkin students between the hours of 10 - 2pm for check-in with themselves regarding their alcohol consumption.
Location- Cedar Valley Campus, Skywalk C
This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students. This classroom presentation will allow students to practice and understand why mindfulness can help us become better equipped to manage distractions and help increase focus.

Provide an opportunity for students to walk the El Centro campus with the counselor, weather permitting.
