| Did you know suicide is a leading cause of death across multiple age groups, and is the second leading cause of death for ages 20-34? We'll discuss risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs related to suicide and how to connect to care if you think someone may be struggling. Participants will learn about on-campus and community resources for mental health and well-being. |

Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide 1hr of guided mindfulness meditation. Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion. Join in person or virtually. Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
