| Students will journey through their process of selecting their area and study and their plans to incorporate their knowledge after graduation. Students will be introduced to the concept of self-advocacy to express their needs and make informed choices. Students will be introduced to social skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution and building healthy relationships. |

Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide 1hr of guided mindfulness meditation. Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion. Join in person or virtually. Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
