Get Your Steps In

Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete.

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students. Ever wonder what your headquarters would look like? Join Aubrey in CAPS in drawing up your own Inside out world while befriending your emotions, your personality islands, Imagination land, and more!" Description: This is an art therapy workshop focused on self-awareness and self-compassion skills through the lens and lore of the Inside Out movies. Sessions will focus on emotions, personality islands, imagination land, and memory.
