Join Aubrey in CAPS in drawing up your own Inside out world while befriending your emotions, your personality islands, Imagination land, and more!" Description: This is an art therapy workshop focused on self-awareness and self-compassion skills through the lens and lore of the Inside Out movies. Sessions will focus on emotions, personality islands, imagination land, and memory. |

Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide an hour of guided mindfulness meditation. The workshop will begin with a short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and a short discussion. Join in person or virtually.

Get Your Steps In : Thursday, July 16 - 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete.
