Based on the American game show Jeopardy, we will include study tips, coping strategies and on-campus Dallas College resources as a friendly reminder of departments that are here to assist you on your academic journey.
Learn how to incorporate wellness along with study breaks as you decrease your anxiety and become fully present in your studies.
Come join us for laughter, intellectual stimulation and time together to decompress!

Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide an hour of guided mindfulness meditation. The workshop will begin with a short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and a short discussion. Join in person or virtually.

Get Your Steps In : Thursday, July 16 - 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete.
