We'll tackle the stress, anxiety, and pressure to be 'perfect' online, and help you find a balance that works for you. This isn't just another workshop. It's a chance to connect, vent, and learn how to thrive in the digital world.

Donations of new or gently used handbags, diaper bags and totes will be collected March 23-April 24 throughout all campuses and given to the Texas Advocacy Project for distribution in women's shelters across North Texas.
