Welcome to Self-Service Tour: Self-Service for Students! This is the second video in the Self-Service for Students series. Let's get started!
From the Welcome screen, you'll see several tiles: Student Finance, Financial Aid, Student Planning, [and] Course Catalog. We'll take a quick tour through all the areas.
Click Student Finance. Here you can see any balances you may owe to Dallas College. If you have a balance, you can pay it from Make a Payment. You can also view any previous financial activity from Account Activity. To get back to the Welcome screen, click the Home icon in the menu bar along the left side of the screen.
Click Financial Aid. Here you'll be able to access financial aid data, forms, contact information, and more. To get back to the Welcome screen, click the Home icon in the menu bar along the left side of the screen.
Click Student Planning. Here you can view your current program progress, plan your degree, register for classes, and even see your current planned and live schedule, if you scroll down a little bit. Items in yellow are planned [and] items in green have been registered for. To get back to the Welcome screen, click the Home icon in the menu bar along the left side of the screen.
Click Course Catalog. Here you can search for classes and then add them to your plan.
