Health Sciences Preview Events and Information Sessions

The School of Health Sciences offers a series of webinars and information sessions to learn more about our program offerings throughout the year.

Information Packets: Prior to joining an online information session, please download and view your intended program’s information packet using the links below. You may also contact the Health Occupations Admissions Office, and they will send you an information packet for the program(s) that interests you.

Viewing the information session is required to receive the secure application link for the following programs: Cardiac Sonography, Invasive Cardiovascular Technology, and Radiologic Technology. 

Note: Each PowerPoint slideshow file linked below is a large file download (between 27MB-66MB) and requires speakers for the audio presentation.

Applying for Credit Programs: To request a secure link to apply to one of our Credit programs, please complete the School of Health Sciences Admissions Secure Link Request Form. Note the following exception: If you want to apply to the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program, please use the ADN interest form link below. 

Applying for Continuing Education Programs: To request a secure link to apply to one of our Continuing Education programs, please complete the Workforce CE Allied Health Admissions Secure Link Request Form. 

Associate Degree Nursing

  • Download and read through the Associate Degree Nursing Program Packet which includes the LVN to RN and the Methodist Health System Partnership. Information Packet - ADN, LVN to RN, Methodist (DOCX - 442KB)
  • Complete the Associate Degree Nursing Interest Form which is the first step in applying to the program. This interest form is for the Associate Degree Nursing Program, Methodist Health System Partnership Cohort and the LVN to RN Advanced Placement Program.
    • You will need to use your Dallas College student login information to access this form. If you are not a Dallas College student, you will need to apply to the college.  Once accepted, you will use your student login information to access the Supplemental Application. 
    • The Interest Form and Supplemental Application, if received, will be available from: March 2, 2026, to April 1, 2026 (extended from March 31, 2026). No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2026.
    • No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2026.
    • You will need to use Google Chrome or Firefox to complete the form. Instructions for the Interest Form and Supplemental Application (DOCX - 2MB)
    • Please ensure all questions are answered honestly and accurately on the interest form.

    • Once completed, the documents will be reviewed and if any additional information is needed, you will be contacted by Health Science Admissions. It may take up to four to six weeks before the documents are reviewed. During that time, the progress bar will not be at 100%.
